This page lists the sub-processors that Edah AI engages, or expects to engage, to support the Edah AI service. A sub-processor is a third party that processes personal data on behalf of Edah AI as part of providing the service to customers.
Because Edah AI is preparing for commercial launch, this list is maintained as categories of sub-processors with the role they perform and the location where they process data. Specific vendor names will be published prior to launch and updated whenever the list changes.
1. How this list is updated
Edah AI will notify customers at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor. The notice will identify the new sub-processor and the role it performs. Customers may object on reasonable data protection grounds. The procedure is set out in section B.8 of the Compliance & DPA page.
2. Current sub-processor categories
The following categories of sub-processors are engaged or planned to be engaged for the operation of the Service. Vendor names will be added to this table at launch.

3. International transfers
Where a sub-processor processes personal data outside the United Arab Emirates, the transfer is supported by an appropriate mechanism under the PDPL, including adequacy determinations issued by the UAE Cabinet, contractual safeguards approved or accepted by the UAE Data Office, binding corporate rules, or other measures permitted by the law. The mechanism applicable to each named sub-processor will be documented in this table at launch.
4. Internal entities
Where Edah AI engages affiliates or future group entities as sub-processors, those entities are bound by intra-group agreements that impose data protection obligations no less protective than those in the customer Data Processing Agreement.
