How the 72 hours break down
Onboarding happens through a chat interface with the Edah AI assistant. You describe your business in plain words. The assistant asks clarifying questions, generates an initial conversation scenario tuned for your industry, and walks you through connecting your CRM and calendar.
Hour 1 to 4: scenario built
The assistant asks how your business handles calls today, what outcomes matter (booking, lead capture, transfer, FAQ), and which language mix you expect. It generates a scenario that already covers your top intents, the disclosures your jurisdiction requires, and the tool calls your business will trigger.
Hour 4 to 24: integrations connected
You connect your CRM through OAuth or an API key. The assistant maps fields automatically. If you use a custom CRM, you upload an OpenAPI file, a Postman collection, or even a documentation PDF, and the assistant builds the connector for you. Calendar, knowledge base, and any other source the agent should read from get connected the same way.
Hour 24 to 72: live simulations
Before any real call, you run the scenario as a simulation. The assistant plays the role of a caller and walks you through several flows. You hear what your customers will hear. If something is off, you tune the scenario in plain language and run the simulation again. When the simulations look right, you go live.
What you do not need
